Pleased with the outcome, we were assigned to do a comprehensive market study for the launch of the new Yaris model. Five different maps for each dealer's area of responsibility were produced showing geodemographic breakdown and competitor strengths and weaknesses. Coupled with a report, Toyota dealers had a very clear idea on how to roll out the model nationally that spring.
