Store and Compare all media catchments
Visualising your data in Prospex is easy. Import your client
data directly from Excel or any major format - all you need is a postcode and
Prospex will check for postcode errors. All newspaper, radio and TV catchments
are stored in Prospex for comparison mapping. Numerous methods of catchment
creation, including drive time/distance analysis, can be combined to provide
you with more accurate scheduling.
Export
your drive time catchment into JICREG to select the appropriate regional press
title - or find the right radio TSA from the RAB website. Display any number of
catchments together in different styles, seeing how different markets interact -
for example how a newspaper circulation area fits with an outlets drive time
catchment - or a radio catchment along side a sales territory.
Comprehensive Media Coverage
Show that your area is fully covered by the media and
establish wastage on customers outside the area. Map point locations of
customers, outlets, competitors or posters. Select the layers of information you
want to map - How dense should the place names be? Is the road network of
relevance to this pitch? And you have the choice over the colour, symbols, text
and shading used - giving you total control.

Combine your client data with geodemographics and population
data in the spreadsheet, a sophisticated template which can be reused for
different local markets at the click of a mouse. Which type of customer is in
the area? Profile clients customers for modelling and direct mail campaigns.
Bring in your own cross tab profiles and sort, index and accumulate on any
column for instant ranking reports. Reports can then be exported directly from
Prospex back into Excel.
