Since 2001, Beacon Dodsworth have been working with CCCS to design and implement a new Debt Counselling System using Visual Basic, SQL server and Crystal Reporting technology.
The new system is due to be completed by the end of 2003 and will combine an intuitive user interface with extensive data capture capabilities. Speaking of the modules already implemented, Pete Tidball, Systems Manager at CCCS, commented "The debt counselling system which Beacon Dodsworth developed for CCCS has provided a reliable and innovative way of centralising data and ensuring uniformity across the organisation. The system saves us time and resources, which in turn improves our customer service."
Other recent projects completed at CCCS by Beacon Dodsworth include a creditor payment system, client statement programme and Girobank payment programme.
