In order to find this out, you need to run the Prospex Configuration utility.  In Windows, click on the Start button, then click on Programs. Navigate to the Prospex folder and then choose Configuration Utility. The following screen will appear. Look at the path in the Postcode Grid References: box. The end of the path will read UpdateXX. This is the number you need to quote on the support form.
