Once you've bought our software, we install it for you and guide you through how to use it with our full after-sales support service. This includes two days of complimentary training, a detailed help system within Prospex, user groups and unlimited telephone support to ensure you get the most out of the software.

Training

All new clients are trained on how to use Prospex and the terminology used, including postcode geography, catchments, point sets and data analysis.

We adapt the rest of the training to each client's specific requirements so you can use the software to its full potential from day one. When an updated version of the software is created, we install it and train you on its new features and uses, free of charge. 

Additional training can be purchased by the day. This training is tailored to meet your individual needs. You choose the aspects of Prospex you want to learn about, the Prospex mapping software telephone supportbest time to do this and where to do this. Specific projects using Prospex can also be covered in a day's training.
