Schedule on your Blackberry
Now, we don’t usually do the exhibition circuit, but when we were asked to partner T Mobile and Blackberry at this year’s Service Management Expo, we couldn’t resist.
You see, we’re working with Comet Tracker to provide mobile scheduling. This means it’s now easy for managers to set up their field team’s calls, save on fuel costs and improve customer service whilst on the go.
Simple to use, Prospex allows users to set visit priorities, quickly redefine territories, track workers, receive accurate job information and even get step-by-step driving instructions… all on their mobiles!
