Efficiently manage areas

Quickly create balanced non-overlapping territories for your force using the Vortex module within Prospex.

Vortex uses a competing set of requirements which you set the weighting for (i.e. you select which is more important: number of account visits, geographical area, driving time, etc).


Vortex then allocates which areas belong to which territories, creating a set of territories that are as balanced and compact as possible.

Territories are easily and quickly redefined if new factors evolve, for example if a new representative joins the team.

Schedule efficient sales rounds with ProspexSchedule efficient calls 

Once you have defined your territories, use the Scheduler to work out the visiting order for each representative. You specify the number of days and hours each individual works and the time spent at each location.

Time spent in store, on site or with the client is covered and you choose the length of day and which days to avoid, as appropriate for each caller. A day's, week's, month's or even a year's worth of calls can be made up in one schedule.

The Scheduler calculates which visits to make on what days and the most efficient order to make those visits, saving you time and fuel. See the daily and weekly sales schedules for each caller by exporting the results into Excel spreadsheets.

Plan your journey routes

Once you know the most efficient order to make your calls, plan the optimum route to take using the Route Builder Wizard in Prospex. Once created, export the routes as maps or an Excel file with stage by stage road directions.
